Timbaktu Organic, was originally a project of an NGO known as the Timbaktu Collective (www.timbaktu.org). The Collective was founded in 1990 and is now working in 140 villages of Anantapur district. The name Timbaktu Organic has been retained as the brand name of Dharani FaM Coop’s products.
